Cross-country skiing in Upper Bavaria

Skitty, the German Ski Association’s snow tiger, has a new cross-country children's area in Tannerfeld Adventure Park in Bayrischzell. Here your little ones – beginners and seasoned cross-country skiers - can kick and glide their way to the various stations and improve their technique in a safe, fun environment. The course can be completed with classic cross-country skis or skating skis. Once the kids warm up, the fun can begin. By the way: Bayrischzell is a certified DSV Nordic active training centre and offers a range of courses for cross-country enthusiasts.

• 1-day ticket €5
  (free use for visitors with a guest card and children under 18 years):
  1-day tickets are available from the machines at the entrances of Sportalm, Bäckeralm, Stocker and Geitau cross-country trails and from the inspectors.
• Season ticket €50 (Families €80):
  Season tickets are available at Sportalm Bayrischzell, the Bayrischzell municipality office and the Tourist Information Office in Bayrischzell. All Bayrischzell cross-country skiing centre season ticket holders receive a 20% discount on the standard 2- and 4-hour rates throughout the cross-country skiing season (until 30 April) as well as on 1-day tickets for the monte-mare sauna world and thermal baths in the Schliersee.
• Discount season tickets €40 (families €60):
  Only for Bayrischzell residents and must ordered through a local sports club as a group order (only one list per club per season is accepted). All season ticket holders of the Bayrischzell cross-country skiing centre receive a 20% discount on the regular 2- and 4-hour rates throughout the cross-country skiing season (until 30 April) as well as on 1-day tickets for the monte-mare sauna world and thermal baths in the Schliersee.
