Stress free breathing seminar – 50 min at € 189.00
Discover the power of breathing with 25 minutes of active breathing for more concentration and productivity and 25 minutes of relaxing breathing to reduce stress. Learn about the physiology of breathing and integrate conscious techniques into your everyday working life.

Feel good Seminar – 60 min at € 349.00
Treat your participants to 60 minutes of pure relaxation. The treatment includes 15 minutes of revitalizing massages for shoulder and neck, a dual application on the Aquathermojet and 15 minutes of compression pants. A maximum of 12 participants per hour can experience these soothing moments of relaxation.
Fascia Seminar – 35 min at € 119.00
A workshop all about fascia. With Blackroll®, massage gun and targeted exercises for trigger points, your participants will release tension and improve their mobility. The seminar is ideal for groups of up to 30 people and can be held directly at the event location or seminar room – all in your work clothes.
